Villa Details

sleeps 10 - 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (of which 2 are en suite)(for those with larger parties, this villa can be combined with a neighboring villa to sleep a total of 26 people. Ask Gina for more info.)

Ground Floor- Entrance hall, Kitchen, Breakfast room, Formal dining room, Cloakroom, Sitting room with fire place and french doors leading to garden.

First Floor- Grande Salon with French doors leading onto front staircase which descends to the garden, Master bedroom with four poster bed and ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower, Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.

Second Floor- Sitting room, Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two twin Bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

To the front of the villa the garden is on two levels, the lower level, originally the water reservoir, now accomodates the swimming pool with its own cabana style bar, refrigerator, ice machine and HiFi. The upper level has al fresco dining facilities and barbeque area.

Another attractive feature of the house is the surrounding garden, with plenty of shady areas, well equiped with outdoor furniture and ideal for dining outdoors.

The charming 18th century family chapel facing the villa boasts beautiful frescoes of Madonna and Child and can easily accomodate a wedding party of 20 to 30 guests.
