FAQ

Planning a destination wedding in Tuscany is an exciting journey—one that often comes with many questions.

From logistics and legalities to styling and guest experience, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Below, you'll find answers to some of the most common questions we receive from couples planning their dream celebration in Italy.

If there's anything more you'd like to know, we’re just a message away.

Planning a Wedding in Tuscany

Faq Proper Wedding Weather

The best time of year to get married in Tuscany is typically between May and October, with May, June, and September being the most popular months.

July and August can be very hot!

Faq Lucca

It is absolutely possible to plan your entire wedding remotely—and many of our couples have done so with complete confidence.

That said, the typical planning journey includes two in-person visits: the first to tour and select your venue, and the second to meet with key vendors such as your caterer and florist, and to schedule your hair and makeup trial. These visits, while optional, offer a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourselves in the experience and feel the magic of Tuscany in person.

Faq Tenting

For every venue, the indoor capacity refers to the maximum number of guests that can be comfortably accommodated inside the structure. If your guest count exceeds this limit, a carefully planned alternative—typically involving elegant tenting solutions—will be required.

We always create a refined and fully developed Plan B for each of our weddings. While Tuscany is known for its beautiful weather, no one can guarantee sunshine in advance—and your celebration deserves to be flawless, rain or shine.

Faq Thank You Card

For the most exclusive venues and trusted local vendors, we recommend beginning the planning process at least 12 months in advance.

Tuscany is in high demand during the spring and autumn months.

Faq Antipasti

Absolutely. All of the caterers we partner with offer beautifully crafted menus that can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs—without compromising on flavor, quality, or presentation.

Your guests will enjoy an exceptional culinary experience, tailored to every palate.
