The estate boasts its own massive organic vegetable garden, olive grove, fields of grain, and a farm with goats, chickens, rabbits, wild boar, pigs, sheepdogs and over 100 head of sheep. They practice a farm to table approach creating their own cheeses, breads, olive oil, honey, gelato, and charcuterie. They offer over 12 different wine labels all made on the property. If you are a foodie or wine enthusiast, this is your place.
The location is dotted with centuries old cypress trees under which you can dine al fresco with a view of the vineyards. The property is massive with a large spa, spa rooms and spa pool as well as the main villa with a sweeping panoramic pool, jacuzzi, pool bar and restaurants.
Villa Petriolo sits next to a beautiful forest where you can go truffle hunting in the fall and abuts a lake where wild birds visit throughout the year. Particular care was taken into creating a sustainable property. All air-con units are cooled by the lake, water is filtered and drawn from the same lake and energy is gathered from their solar panels. There are multiple EV charging stations as well as EV cars you can rent, directly from the property.
