Many people have asked me about their right to conduct rehearsals of their
civil ceremony at Palazzo Orsetti before the day of the wedding. I've spoken at length
to both guards and here is their unofficial answer: they aren't thrilled
about you doing it, but if you must, they ask that you do it for after
lunch Monday through Friday and that you keep your voices down so as not to
disturb the town council if it is in session. They also ask that you keep
the number of people in your party down to the bare minimum.
