This 18th Century Lucca Villa is set in its own park surrounded by tall holm oaks, olive trees, camellias and ancient magnolias. It boasts a beautifully manicured Tuscan Garden with a working 18th century grotto, making a fantastic backdrop for cocktails. The interior of the Villa has a completely frescoed ball room in which a legally valid civil ceremony can be held, with a view of the Tuscan Garden in the background! The villa also features a charming enclosed gazebo that overlooks the park and serves as an elegant site for a sit down dinner or after dinner ballroom.

Conveniently, the villa also has a set of independent cottages, that are to the west of the estate. Some cottages have two double bedrooms, others have just one. They all have their own kitchen and dinning area as well as their own patio with table and chairs for sitting outside and soaking up the sun. These cottages sit just above the charmingly landscaped pool (25 x 12 meters) and recreation area, complete with tables, lounge chairs, a gazebo for shade, two barbecues, swings and a slide, table tennis and ample lawn space for a family football game!
